New Blog Design!

So I put together a new blog design. How do you like it?

It's finals next week for me and I am SO looking forward to summer! I'm ready to put on a swimsuit and go to the beach. Hopefully I will have some fun projects to post this summer- I am excited to get together with my sewing partner (my wonderful mom) and sew some fun new summer dresses and skirts!

Will I be floating around in the water wearing an adorable swimsuit this summer? Yes.

Yesterday I finished my homework early, so I walked down to the fabric store to get some fabric for a project. I found some cute sale fabric and came back to make a wrap around skirt. It was very easy- I just used one of my favorite skirts as a pattern. And it has no buttons or zippers! Here is the finished product.

For my friend Skyler's birthday I made him some boxers. He is obsessed with wolves so I found so cool wolf fabric.

My outfit today. Vintage dress and belt.

New Shoes!

New spring shoes! The wedges are Indigo by Clarks and the clogs are Dansko. I know, I am on shopping probation for the rest of the year.
